Shipping policy

Standard Shipping is free on all items. All orders have 7-10 days domestic shipping at United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Australia and United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and all U.S. territories. 

Once an order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number. We ship to all regions of the United Kingdom and Australia, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Please ensure you enter the correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot make any changes to the shipping address once the order has been placed.

Orders placed before 6:00 PM (Monday-Friday, GMT/UTC+0) will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are shipped out directly from any of our domestic warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimated 7-10 days for your order to arrive at the Shipping Address. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Cancelling or Canceled Orders: Eligible for full refund, including S&H, ONLY if cancelled prior to shipping. We cannot process claims, refunds or additional requests once package is in transit with the carrier. You have 3 hours to cancel your order.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You can return the item without prior approval.

While you can return items without prior approval, including your order number in the package is required for proper processing.

Once we receive your package, we will inspect its condition and, if all return conditions are met, process your refund or exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

Step 2: Package the Item

Place the item in its original packaging along with a copy of your purchase receipt.

Ensure the packaging is secure to prevent damage during transit.

Step 3: Ship the Item

No prepaid return label is required, as return shipping is free for all orders. We will provide a prepaid return label for free returns.

3. Refund Process

When Will I Receive My Refund?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

What Costs Are Refunded?

Shipping and returns are entirely free for all orders, regardless of the reason for return.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
